International call blocking can be set up in the phone app as shown below. You can prevent your child from changing these settings by turning on the "Block Phone Settings" feature.

1. Child's device Phone app → Click Menu button

2. 'Call settings' → 'Other call settings'

3. Click 'International call settings'

4. Turn on 'Restrict outgoing international calls' and 'Restrict incoming international calls'

5. Log in to Mobile Fence → Rules → Labs → Block Phone Settings → On

After configuring the above, you must turn on "Block Phone Settings" in Mobile Fence to prevent your child from accessing the phone settings and changing the incoming call blocking rules set by the parent.
