When installed apps do not appear in rule settings
When a new app is installed or an existing app is deleted, the changes may not be reflected in the Mobile Fence server in real time due to reasons such as unstable internet connection on the device.
In this case, check the data or Wi-Fi connection status of the child's device and perform a 'Sync' to reflect the latest app list on the server.
1) Log in to the Mobile Fence app on the parent's device.
2) Click 'Device Status' below the child's profile name at the top.
3) Click 'Sync' in the child's profile.
4) Rule Settings → Apps → App Rules → Change filter options

3) Perform a 'Sync' in the child's profile.

When data is connected, a 'Latest Update' notification will appear and the synchronization will be completed.

5) Go to Rule Settings → Apps → App Rules and click on 'View Entertainment/Social Apps Only' to change the filter options to be displayed.
