If the 'Picture-in-Picture (PIP)' or 'Display over other apps' permission, which are some of the app's detailed permissions, is enabled, the app can be used in a pop-up form as shown in <Figure 1>. In this case, monitoring by Mobile Fence does not work properly, which causes issues where usage time is not monitored and blocking does not occur even when blocking conditions are met.

The methods to disable these permissions are as follows:

1. On the child's device, go to Settings → Applications → Twitch

2. Picture-in-Picture → Turn off permission

3. Appear on top (Display over other apps) → Turn off permission
