Anti-tamper settings
To prevent Mobile Fence from being uninstalled or stopped, the following settings are required on the child's device.
1. Enable 'Block System Settings' Rule
If access to system settings is allowed, the child can stop the Mobile Fence service or revoke necessary permissions at any time. Therefore, you must block access to the settings menu.
If you do not block system settings, issues such as "incorrect usage time, monitoring failure, location tracking failure, excessive app usage beyond the allowed time, or app uninstallation" may occur, requiring the app to be reinstalled to restore permissions.

2. Block Safe Mode
Safe Mode is a diagnostic mode where the device runs only with the default apps installed at the factory, intended to resolve issues caused by user-installed apps. Typically, it is accessed by holding the Volume (-) button during device startup. Since Mobile Fence does not run in Safe Mode, children can exploit this to uninstall the app or revoke essential permissions.
A feature to block entry into Safe Mode is provided. The setup method is as follows:
2) Device Settings → MDM Agent → Click 'Turn On'
3) Block Safe Mode → Click 'Turn On'
1) Run Mobile Fence on the child's device → Click 'Parent Mode' → Log in

2) Device Settings → MDM Agent → Click 'Turn On'
3) Block Safe Mode → Click 'Turn On'
For LG devices, an add-on installation is triggered when clicking the MDM Agent. For installation instructions, refer here.
3. Plugin Installation
Plugins handle the operation of various features provided by the Mobile Fence app. Depending on the device, a "Blocked by Play Protect" (or "Unsafe App") warning may appear. The plugin app is safe, so please ignore the warning and proceed with the installation.
4. Block Factory Reset (Optional)
A Factory Reset is like formatting a computer, deleting all apps and returning the device to its out-of-the-box state. Some children perform this reset to uninstall Mobile Fence. The "Block Factory Reset" feature prevents the device from being reset.
The setup method is as follows:
1) Run Mobile Fence on the child's device → Click 'Parent Mode' → Log in
2) Device Settings → Block Factory Reset → Turn On

This feature is extremely powerful. If you lose the device's screen lock (PIN/Pattern) after enabling this, even the manufacturer's service center may not be able to unlock it, and the device's mainboard might need to be replaced. It is not too late to enable this after you confirm that your child is actually using a factory reset to bypass Mobile Fence, so please consider carefully before activating it.
5. RAM Management Exception (Optional)
Mobile Fence is designed to continue running during RAM optimization, but if your child's activity is not being monitored properly, please add Mobile Fence to the RAM management exception list to prevent the system from forcefully terminating the app.
