Turn silent/vibrate mode on/off

"Turn Silent/Vibrate On/Off" is a feature that allows you to change your child's device from vibrate or silent mode to maximum volume ringtone mode, or vice versa. This feature is only available when the child's device is connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi.
1) Log in to Mobile Fence on the parent device
2) Click "Device Status" in the top profile
3) Click "Device Command"
4) Click "Turn Silent/Vibrate On/Off"
If the on/off command is not completed within 60 seconds and no result message appears, it is assumed that the device is not connected to the internet.
• When "Silent" is enabled, both the ringtone and media (music) volume are muted. This feature does not permanently force silent mode; the user can change the volume settings again.
• This feature works properly on Mobile Fence v4.4.8 or higher.
• If you need to ring a tablet that does not have phone functionality to find the device, you can play sound via the Google service below.
