When the MDM agent is activated, apps not registered on the Play Store cannot be installed. Apps not registered on the Play Store are highly likely to contain harmful content. These apps are shared over the internet and have the .apk file extension.

Even when downloading and installing themes on a smart device, an .apk file installation process occurs internally, even if it is not visible to the user. As mentioned above, since .apk file installation is automatically blocked when the MDM agent is active, an error occurs during theme downloads.

To resolve this, you must turn off the Mobile Fence service temporarily, download the themes, and then turn the service back on.
