How to reset your password
1) Tap the Mobile Fence app.
2) Click 'Forgot password?' at the bottom of the Parent Mode login screen.

(Please click only once. If you click multiple times, you may receive duplicate password reset emails. In that case, check the most recent email you received.)
3) Enter your [Mobile Fence ID] in the email address field, then log in to your email inbox and check your inbox and spam folder.
(It cannot be sent to a different email address.)

4) Open the temporary password notification email delivered to your inbox.

5) Click the temporary password issuance link included in the email.

6) Tap OK on the temporary password issuance confirmation window, then tap back.

7) Open the new temporary password notification email you received.

8) Check your newly issued temporary password.

After logging in using the method above, you must change your password before using Mobile Fence.
The issued temporary password is valid for only 10 minutes and cannot be used afterward.
2. If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your "Spam" folder as it may have been filtered there.
