If your child's device is not connected to the internet, app usage history cannot be sent to the Mobile Fence server. In this state, app usage history is sent to the server in batches once the device reconnects to the internet and can be viewed on the timeline.
Also, since these are children's devices, many use pay-as-you-go plans. If the monthly data allowance is fully exhausted, the device will be unable to communicate with the Mobile Fence server, even if the mobile data function is turned on, because internet access is unavailable. In this case, it is impossible to check app usage history or receive updated rules. The device must be connected to Wi-Fi or the data exhaustion issue must be resolved.
