How to update firmware on Samsung devices

The method for updating firmware on Samsung devices is as follows.
You must temporarily turn off the Mobile Fence service before proceeding.
1) On the child's device, go to Settings → Software update
2. Click "Download and install" to proceed.
the update button will be displayed.
If the MDM agent is active and the service has not been turned off, the update option will be disabled and cannot proceed. Please ensure you turn off the service before proceeding.
