If the MDM agent is running and message monitoring is enabled, but the content is not being captured, the 'Chat features' (Chat+) in the Messages app might be active. Chat features send messages over the internet rather than the mobile network, which limits monitoring.

Please disable 'Chat features' on the child's device via the path below in the Messages app settings.

1. Child's device → Messages → Three-dot button → Settings

2. Chat+ settings → Chat+ management → Tap "Deactivate Chat+"

After completing these settings, you must enable the 'Block Message Settings' feature to prevent your child from arbitrarily changing the parent's rules.
