If the MobileFence app is set to power saving mode on the child's device, monitoring and location tracking services may not function properly. Please follow the guide below to set the MobileFence app as an 'app that is not power-saving'.

1) On the child's device, go to Settings → Device care

2) Click on Battery

3) Click on 'Apps that aren't optimized'

4) Add MobileFence to the list of apps that aren't optimized.

5) Check if 'MobileFence Plugin' exists, and exclude this app from power saving as well.
