Dual apps is a feature that allows you to install two of the same application on your phone and use them as independent apps by setting up different accounts for each.

Since the history of apps used through Dual Messenger is not monitored by Mobile Fence, you should manage your child's device to ensure they do not use this feature arbitrarily.

This feature can be controlled from the 'Settings' menu on the child's device.

1. Child's device Settings → Dual apps

2. Turn off the Dual apps feature for all apps

After completing the settings, be sure to turn on the 'Block Settings' feature so that your child cannot re-enable the Dual apps feature through the Settings app.
