When the MDM agent is activated, software (firmware) updates on the device are restricted. This is to prevent Mobile Fence from malfunctioning due to Android version upgrades that may occur during automatic updates. Currently, Mobile Fence supports up to Android 15.

If a software update is necessary, please temporarily pause the Mobile Fence service, proceed with the update, and then turn the service back on.
