If the mobile phone's notification bar does not pull down, check the following:

1. Check if [Rule Settings → Block Notification Bar] is turned off

2. On the child's device, click [Run Mobile Fence App → Policy Synchronization] and check if the notification bar pulls down

3. If it still does not work, restart the phone

4. After restarting, check if the notification bar pulls down

5. If it still does not work, delete and reinstall the Mobile Fence app
