When notification bar blocking is not working

The notification bar blocking feature works only when the MDM agent is activated starting from Android 8.0.
The MDM agent is a feature supported only by Samsung and LG; devices from other manufacturers cannot use the notification bar blocking feature from 8.0 onwards.
