How to unblock apps by reason for blocking
When an app is blocked by Mobile Fence, the record is saved in the timeline along with the reason for the blockage. The following explains how to adjust the settings to unblock the app based on the reason for the block.
1. App Usage Time Exceeded

If the app is blocked due to 'App Usage Time Exceeded,' you can make the app available again by disabling the individual app usage time limit or by adjusting the allocated time.
2. Device Usage Time / Game Time Exceeded

4. Block All Apps

When "Block All Apps" is turned on, all apps are blocked except for those marked as "Always Allow." You can disable this by going to [Apps tab → Block by App Type → Block All Apps] and turning off the feature.
5. GPS Disabled

When the "Force GPS Activation" feature is on, if GPS is turned off, the app will block app usage to encourage the child to turn GPS back on. In this case, the log is recorded as "GPS Disabled." Refer to the help link below to learn how to disable this feature.
6. No Internet Connection

When the "Block all apps when not connected to the internet" feature is on, all apps are blocked if the device is not connected to the internet (Wi-Fi/Data). You can turn this off by going to [Rules → Apps → Useful Features → Block all apps when not connected to the internet].
7. Block Browsers Other Than Chrome

When the "Block browsers other than Chrome" feature is on, browsers such as Naver, Daum, and Samsung Internet (other than Chrome) are blocked. This is a mandatory feature for effective harmful content blocking; please refer to the help guide below.

10. Block Play Store

When the "Block Play Store" feature is on, access to app markets such as Play Store, One Store, and Galaxy Store is blocked. If you need to install an app on your child's device, please go to [Rules → Block by App Type → Block Play Store → Off].
11. In-App Browsing in KakaoTalk Blocked

Within the KakaoTalk app, users can perform internet searches via the '#' search function in addition to chatting. Because internet activity performed this way cannot be monitored and harmful sites cannot be filtered, Mobile Fence provides a "Block Internet search within KakaoTalk" feature to detect and block this activity. If you need to allow browser usage, please set [Rules → Apps → Block by App Type → Browser Block → Off].
13. Chrome Home Shortcut

Using the Chrome Home shortcut may cause issues where website monitoring and harmful site filtering do not work. To address this, if "Block browsers other than Chrome" is enabled, launching the Home shortcut is blocked.
