Manage child's device from both mom's and dad's devices simultaneously

If both parents wish to manage their child's device, please proceed as follows:
1. Install the Mobile Fence app on the devices of the parents who will be managing the child.
2. On the login screen, do not create a new account. Log in using the existing ID and password.
3. On the "Who does this device belong to?" screen, select "Parent" and proceed with device linking.
4. Installation complete.

Since only one parent profile is provided by default, you will see two connected devices under the parent profile in the Smart Device menu. If you need to distinguish between devices, click on the device name to edit it.
• Turning off the Mobile Fence service on the parent's device to prevent monitoring will not affect your ability to manage the child's device in any way.

• If a parent's device is an Apple iPhone (iOS), the Mobile Fence app cannot be installed; however, you can log in to the mobilefence.com website via an internet browser to manage your child just as you would with the app. Please note that in this case, you will not receive notifications sent by Mobile Fence.
