How to install WiFi Manager

If you are unable to connect to Wi-Fi through settings because system settings are blocked, here is how you can configure Wi-Fi. "Block System Settings" is an essential option to prevent the neutralization of Mobile Fence.

On your child's device,
1) Launch the Play Store app and search for "IVY WIFI". (Make sure the developer is IVYMOBILE.)
If it cannot be found in the search, please scroll down to the bottom of this help page to install it.
2) After launching the app, select the "GRANT PERMISSION" button.
3) Grant location permission [Permissions → Location → Allow all the time]
4) Close the "IVY WIFI" app and launch it again to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks and connect.
Afterwards, instruct your child to use this "Wi-Fi Manager" app whenever they need to connect to a new Wi-Fi network. If necessary, set this app to "Always Allowed" so that it is not blocked due to time limits.
If searching/installing from the Play Store is not possible, please follow the steps below to install Ivy Wifi.
1. Send the link below to the child's device via SMS/email.

2. Temporarily disable the Mobile Fence service.

3. Copy the link address above, open the Chrome browser on the child's device, and paste it into the address bar to proceed with the installation.
• If Family Link is installed on the child's device and APK installation is blocked, the app installation will fail. Please allow this in Family Link settings.
