Cases where website blocking does not work

When web surfing using the Chrome browser, the blocking screen may not appear even when a website meets the blocking criteria, and the screen below may be displayed instead. This occurs because storage permissions have not been granted to the Chrome app.
How to set Chrome browser permissions
Device Settings → Applications → Chrome → Permissions → Storage → Allow
Once the permissions are set, the blocking screen will be displayed normally as shown below.
If website blocking still does not work properly after the settings above, please check the following items.
- Please check if "Enhanced Monitoring" (Accessibility) is turned on in Mobile Fence. (Mobile Fence App → Log in → Device Feature Settings → Enhanced Monitoring)
- Please check the Play Store to ensure the Mobile Fence app is up to date.
- Please check the Play Store to ensure the Chrome app is up to date.
