Cases where website blocking does not work

When browsing the web on the Chrome browser, if the blocking screen does not appear despite meeting the website blocking conditions and the screen below is displayed instead, it is because the Chrome app lacks storage permissions.
Granting Permissions to the Chrome Browser
Device Settings → Applications → Chrome → Permissions → Storage → Allow
After granting permissions,
Checklist if website blocking still does not work properly:
- Check if Enhanced Monitoring (Accessibility) is turned on for Mobile Fence (Mobile Fence App → Login → Device Feature Settings → Enhanced Monitoring)
- Check the Play Store to ensure the Mobile Fence version is up to date
- Check the Play Store to ensure the Chrome app is up to date
