Is it possible to change the profile of a device that is already connected?

If you have incorrectly connected a child's device as a parent's device, or vice versa, you must uninstall and reinstall the Mobile Fence app and correctly reconnect the device.
1. Launch the Mobile Fence app on the device and log in.
2. "Device Settings"

Delete App → Click the 'Remove App' button

3. Search for and install the Mobile Fence app from Google Play.
4. When connecting the device, correctly select "Child" or "Parent" at the 'Whose device is this?' step as shown below, and then complete the device connection process.
