How to resolve issues after creating separate child and parent accounts and linking devices

To link your child's device with your parent account, you must log in using your parent account and proceed with the device connection. If you have mistakenly created and linked a separate account on the child's device, you must first uninstall the app from the child's device and reinstall it using your parent account.
1) Launch the Mobile Fence app on the child's device.
2) Select the "Parent Mode" button and log in with the separately created child account.
3) Click on "Device Settings" → "Uninstall App".
4) Search for Mobile Fence in the Play Store and install the app.
5) Log in with your parent account.
6) Connect the device to the child's profile.
7) Done.
