Are the apps installed on your child's device not appearing?

Information about pre-installed applications is automatically transmitted to Mobile Fence. However, if installed app information is not transmitted due to an issue and does not appear in the apps to be managed, please use the "Smart Device > Sync" feature. This feature updates the latest apps installed on your child's device to Mobile Fence.

Additionally, you can view more installed apps by using filters such as "All device default apps" and "View entertainment/social apps only" within the "Apps" tab.
