If your child's timeline shows a "Logged in" record, it means your child knows your Mobile Fence ID and password. Once logged in to "Parent Mode," they can do anything, including changing blocking rules.

The image below shows that while the YouTube app was blocked by the "Block all apps" rule, the child logged in to Parent Mode and changed the rule to use YouTube.
