If restrictions on system settings are not enabled, children may attempt to extend their usage time by arbitrarily changing the device's date and time. When Mobile Fence detects this, it blocks the use of all apps until the time settings are restored to their original state.
The steps to reset to 'Automatic Time' are as follows:
Click the 'Time Settings' button at the bottom left of the block screen → General → Date & Time → Turn on 'Set Automatically' → Reboot the device
If the device does not recognize that "Automatic Time" is enabled, toggling the switch off and back on may resolve the issue.
