Description of constraint priorities
This section explains the priority when app blocking, time limits, etc., are set simultaneously.
Priority of Blocking Conditions
2nd Priority: [Usage Time Tab] Restricted time slots
3rd Priority: [Usage Time Tab] Device usage time, Game usage time, [Apps Tab] Individual app usage time
1st Priority: [Apps Tab] Individual app blocking, Block all apps, Block games
If blocking is set, the app will be blocked unconditionally. The only exceptions are "Always Allow" or "Always Allow during permitted time zones."

2nd Priority: [Usage Time Tab] Restricted time slots
Apps belonging to genres included in the restriction during the blocked time slot will be blocked.

3rd Priority: [Usage Time Tab] Device usage time, Game usage time
If the app is not blocked by the 1st or 2nd priorities, the usage time for that app starts counting, and you can use the app within the set time limits.

Exceptions
1. [Usage Time Tab] Device usage time vs. [Apps Tab] Individual app usage time
When "Device usage time" and "Individual app usage time" are set simultaneously, "Individual app usage time" takes precedence and is allocated separately for that specific app. In other words, the usage time for that app is not deducted from the "Device usage time."
2. Exceptions to "Always Allow"
1) When the "Block System Settings" feature is enabled, it is designed to automatically block task killer apps that could potentially disable Mobile Fence. These apps include antivirus or battery optimization apps (e.g., Alyac, V3, Greenify). If "Block System Settings" is on, these apps will not actually function as "Always Allow" even if they are set as such. This is because allowing these apps could provide a route to disable Mobile Fence.
2) If an app is blocked by the "Block all if no internet connection" feature, even apps set to "Always Allow" will be blocked. This is intended to encourage the child to turn on the internet, in line with the purpose of the feature.
