How to allow apps from unknown sources
To install an app by downloading an APK file from the internet instead of through the Play Store, Galaxy Store, or One Store, you must allow "Install unknown apps."
However, installing an APK directly from the internet involves installing an app that has not been verified by Google, which poses a security risk. Therefore, Mobile Fence automatically disables "Install unknown apps" when the "MDM Agent" is activated. In general, this is a setting that should not be permitted simply because the child requests it.
If you still need to install an APK, please follow these steps:
1) On the child's device, open the Mobile Fence app → Log in to "Parent Mode"
2) Go to Device Settings → Mobile Fence Operation → Click "Turn Off"
3) Install the required APK
4) Go to Device Settings → Mobile Fence Operation → Click "Turn On" → Start the service
