If the camera does not work and displays a message stating that it is blocked by security policy, please check the following:

1. Check if [Rule Settings → Block Camera] is turned off

2. On the child's device, click [Run Mobile Fence App → Sync Policy] and check if the camera works

3. If it still does not work, restart the phone and check again
