If your child has turned off both data and Wi-Fi, the usage logs cannot be sent to the Mobile Fence server immediately, which prevents real-time monitoring. The logs that were not sent will be uploaded to the server in batches once the device connects to the internet, and you will be able to view them afterward.
For example, if you say, "I just spoke with my child on the phone, but the call record does not appear in the timeline logs," it is because the device is not connected to the internet. The network used for voice calls and the network used for data transmission are different. Just because a call was made does not mean the device's data is turned on.
"No logs have appeared for several days."

"Location history is missing or inaccurate."
