Block Facebook Messenger Chat Heads

When using the chat head feature provided by Facebook Messenger (hereinafter FB Messenger) to chat, the usage time of the messenger is not calculated, and it is possible to chat through chat heads even during restricted time periods. Although the chat head feature can be turned on and off within FB Messenger, it is meaningless to change the settings here because the child can change them at any time; therefore, you must disable certain permissions for FB Messenger in the device settings.
The steps to turn off the chat head feature are as follows:
Device Settings → Applications → Messenger → Display over other apps, Picture-in-Picture (PIP) → Disable
While the Facebook Messenger usage time is not calculated when using chat heads, screen blocking when the messenger is under restriction conditions is supported from v2.9.9.1. (MDM Agent Activation required. v2.9.9.1 to be released in early August 2020)
