You can set a weekly smartphone usage plan by day and time slot.
For example, you can restrict game execution or all smartphone usage on weekdays from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure your child gets enough rest for school the next day.

1. Rules → Usage Time → Set Usage Time → Set Time Limits

2. Set to Editable → Set Time Limits → Save

3. App types to block during the time limit → ON

(It is common to set "Block All" so that all apps are restricted, excluding those set to "Always Allowed")
