If screen capture is not working

If the screen capture function does not work and a "Security policy..." message appears, please take the following actions:

 

If your Mobile Fence version is:

v2.9.8.4 or higher: Restart your smartphone.

v2.9.8.3 or lower: Uninstall and reinstall the Mobile Fence app.

 

You can check your installed Mobile Fence version in the Smart Devices menu.
