When an app is not installing from the Play Store

When attempting to download an app from the Google Play Store, there are cases where only a loading screen appears and the installation is not completed, or the installation does not proceed with an error message. This issue is caused by the Play Store app itself and can be resolved as follows.
1) Device 'Settings' → Applications
2) Google Play Store
3) Top-right

4) Uninstall updates (Click 'Clear cache' and 'Clear data' if buttons are visible)
5) Tap 'Storage'

5) Tap 'Storage'
6) Tap 'Clear data' and 'Clear cache' at the bottom
7) Launch the Google Play Store app
1) Device 'Settings' → Applications

3) Top-right

4) Uninstall updates

5) Tap 'Storage'

6) Tap 'Clear data' and 'Clear cache' at the bottom

7) Launch the Google Play Store app
: At this point, the necessary updates for the Play Store will proceed automatically.

8) Try installing or updating the app you intended to install again.
