The difference between "SMS" and "message"

When a single text message is sent/received, you can check the details and content of the message where "SMS" is indicated. Where "Message App" is indicated, it shows the time your child entered the message inbox to read the message, as well as the time they used it to compose a message.
In other words, the same message is recorded separately under "SMS" and "Message App."
Please note that MMS messages containing photos are not monitored, and the 'MDM Agent' feature must be enabled on your child's device to monitor text/call history.
