Dual Messenger blocked

If your device provides a Dual Messenger feature, you can clone messenger apps to use two accounts on a single device. Cloned apps are not subject to usage time monitoring or app blocking.
You can prevent the creation of Dual Messenger by enabling "Block Settings".
• Samsung: Child Device Settings → Advanced features → Dual Messenger → Turn all off
• LG: Child Device Settings → Convenient features → Dual app → Click 'Uninstall']
• LG: Child Device Settings → Convenient features → Dual app → Click 'Uninstall']
On a very small number of models, the "Use Dual Messenger" menu may appear directly when you long-press the app icon; therefore, some devices cannot be prevented from creating Dual Messenger via "Block Settings".
When the MDM agent is activated, the creation of Dual Messenger is blocked, and clicking the Dual Messenger creation/deletion menu in device settings will result in no response.
If you must create or delete Dual Messenger, you must first uninstall the Mobile Fence app, perform the Dual Messenger action, and then reinstall the Mobile Fence app.
