Things to check when your child's rules are changed arbitrarily
Rules within the Mobile Fence app can only be changed by logging in with parent mode. If you find that the rules have been changed without your permission, please check the following:
1. Disable 'Auto-login' on your parent device.
Launch the Mobile Fence app, uncheck "Remember email address, remember password," and log in to disable the auto-login feature.

2. Change your password.
1) Log in to the Mobile Fence app → Menu button at the bottom → Settings


2) Click the 'Change' button for your password.

3. If your child's device is a Samsung model, disable the Samsung Pass feature.

4. Change the password for the email account you are currently using.
If your child knows the password to your email account, they may request a temporary password via email to log in. Therefore, you should change the password for your email service (Naver, Daum, etc.).
Additionally, please disable auto-login for your email sites and mail apps on your device.
If the issue persists, you will need to change your Mobile Fence account to a different email address.
